Infographic - Project Charter

This powerpoint presentation shows the four stages of a project: Analysis, Build, Test, Production.
Each slide shows the individual steps that have to be taken in order to complete that phase.

At the top/bottom, a summary is provided of the process steps that support the particular phase.
For each phase, a data driven indicator is available to display the level of completion.

This project charter can be used in conjunction with the industry standard V-model (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V-Model) for the  development of systems.

In presentation mode, the slides have transitions that follow the path of the project steps.

All elements in can be individually edited/changed.
